The clean, comfortable room had an excellent layout, and the bed provided a restful night’s sleep. Friendly staff contributed to the pleasant atmosphere, making the stay enjoyable. The lack of reliable support regarding reservations was disappointing. The coffee in the room was a nice touch, but additional dining options would enhance the overall experience.

I loved that the room had a Keurig for my morning coffee fix and it felt super cozy with comfy bedding. The indoor pool was a great spot to unwind after a long day and I enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers. Just wish the Wi-Fi had been a bit faster, but it didn't ruin my fun!

It was a great match for a weekend outing in Grand Rapids with exceptional value. The staff were very apologetic when my family's room keys had issues and really tried to make things right. Make sure to double-check room assignments during check-in to avoid hassle.

Enjoyed a fantastic family stay for one night in a comfy King Room. The staff quickly resolved a minor issue and made us feel at home. The bar offered delicious food. the lunch specials were a highlight! Pro tip, savor the freshly brewed coffee from the in-room Keurig!
