The hotel room was practical and reasonably spacious with great amenities like a microwave, coffee/tea maker, and a refrigerator. the location was fantastic for exploring the shopping area, being close to the airport, mall,...  

A great selection of food for the continental breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, pay television and a microwave oven in the room. Location near to store, Close to several restaurants, and public areas. ...  

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. I love the separation between the shower area and toilet room. A very clean; roomy hotel.

It would have been nice to have free breakfast. Also, I ask for a quiet room as seniors and the hotel secretary told us all rooms were quiet. But, our room you could hear all the running around above us. She didn't seen cordial at all. Also, no view, she could have put us in a better spot for the two nights we stayed.

The restaurant had a nice bar that stayed open until 2, and I enjoyed some light dishes there. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated having a microwave, fridge, and coffee and tea-making equipment...  

Very friendly staff that gave us the inside scoop on the local breweries! Very helpful, and made our trip there a lot easier!

The beds were comfy. Check in and out was really easy.

You have to pay for breakfast where as most places, breakfast is complimentary. The hot tub looked gross and had a lot of brown spots on the inside.

The hotel is extremely comfy and well-maintained, located very close to the airport. The accommodating staff provides extra care. The rooms are on a happier note. A wide array of great food is available.

The only complaint I have is that our shower drain was slow so you had to take a quick shower..but the hotel was quiet, clean and very comfy.

Excellent location and quiet - we were there for a dance competition weekend, so having quiet halls was very important!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room had a large bathroom and central heating. We enjoyed having pay television and a microwave oven in the room. The hotel is well-located, being close enough to downtown with several restaurants and a mall within 1 km distance.

Nice design and room features. Comfortable setting, lobby and restaurant/bar area were nice. Staff friendly and helpful.

Not clean. I found hair everywhere in both of the beds, it didn't seem like they had been changed before I got there. One of the pillows smelled like cologne (not mine). Shower floor and carpets were badly stained. Also no microwave in room.

I have always appreciated your caring and attentive staff and the fact that I am now familiar to some of them is a bonus! As I relocate to GR, I won't be staying with you any longer. I feel I'll have to visit just to keep up the connection :-) ! You also have been recommended by me to friends/family who want to stay in the GR area.

You are under construction and I take this into account regarding some lack of cleanliness. But even so, food should not be sitting in the hallways for 24 hours as I observed. Otherwise, everything was great and clean as usual. Also, the pool was closed for cleaning. Is this something that can be done during the night rather than at peak-use times? And can you provide that information to your customers at check-in?
